One Full Day

Isaiah Michael Dickinson, born May 5, 2006
What a wonderful blessing this little boy is. He is just about always smiling!
"Happy Birthday Isaiah!"

Isaiah was fun to watch. First of all he wasn't sure about tearing the paper off his gifts. This should be a "no, no!" Then he really got into his cake. Now that was serious business. He ate the whole big piece! He did enjoy his cake!!!

Saturday, One Full Day!
In the morning I had the Master Gardener Workshop. We went to Uncle Cyrl Welbaum's Estate Aucion in the afternoon. Last evening, we went to Beth & Mike's to celebrate Isaiah's 1st Birthday. By the time I got home, I was ready to drop.

Our Master Gardener Workshop where I spoke on "Container Gardening." We made up a couple nice container plants. I did one small planter and an herbal planter. They should look really nice in a couple of weeks. The herbal container really smells awsome! Of course, you need to like herbs to get enthused about the "smells."

Check back in a couple weeks to see how these containers look after they've grown. I will put up a couple photos.

Cyrl Welbaum's Estate Auction
Estate auctions are so final. It is amazing that what you've saved for, purchased and used down through the years is sold in a days time. Time & things are so temporary. But, it does put things in perspective. It was nice to be with the family during this time. I hope their auction was successful. Uncle Cyrl and Aunt Cuba loved their family and they had a lot of fun times. It's hard knowing things will never be the same.

Mom,
Thanks for coming over for Isaiah’s birthday. He has such a fun time with you all being here.

Looks like you had fun at your garden thing.

The auction is so final that was really sad to go to.
Love
Beth
